Tillsammans har de ing\u00e5tt ett samarbete f\u00f6r att utveckla en fastighet p\u00e5 25\u00a0000 m<sup>2<\/sup> i n\u00e4rheten av Dortmund. Byggnationen kommer att genomf\u00f6ras i form av ett joint venture med Oxenwood.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Vi har sett \u00f6ver m\u00f6jligheten att st\u00e4rka v\u00e5r n\u00e4rvaro i Tyskland och \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt glada att vi nu kan g\u00f6ra det genom v\u00e5rt nya samarbete med Oxenwood.
