Nu drifts\u00e4tts en solcellsanl\u00e4ggning p\u00e5 en yta om 2\u00a0400 m2 <\/sup>p\u00e5 en logistikfastighet i Rosersberg utanf\u00f6r Stockholm. Det \u00e4r logistikfastighetsakt\u00f6ren Logicenters och Soltech Energys dotterbolag, Soltech Energy Solutions, som st\u00e5r bakom solcellssatsningen p\u00e5 fastigheten d\u00e4r Dustin \u00e4r hyresg\u00e4st. Fastigheten blir \u00e4ven BREEAM-certifierad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00e5 Logicenters fastighet i Rosersberg, norr om Stockholm, har nu Soltech Energy Solutions uppf\u00f6rt och installerat en solcellsanl\u00e4ggning p\u00e5 en yta om 2\u00a0400 m2<\/sup>. Soltech Energy Solutions har en gedigen erfarenhet av gr\u00f6na energil\u00f6sningar och storskaliga solenergianl\u00e4ggningar. Anl\u00e4ggning ska nu drifts\u00e4ttas och kommer sedan att generera m\u00e4ngder av gr\u00f6n el till hyresg\u00e4sten Dustin.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Det \u00e4r fantastiskt kul att det h\u00e4r projektet tillsammans med Soltech Energy Solutions och Dustin nu \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4llt. Det \u00e4r v\u00e5rt f\u00f6rsta\u00a0pilotprojekt n\u00e4r det kommer till att certifiera en f\u00e4rdig byggnad enligt BREEAM, och det \u00e4r en viktig pusselbit i v\u00e5r framtid mot en gr\u00f6n omst\u00e4llning.\u00a0I slutet av 2021 kommer vi ha g\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n att ha en certifierad fastighet till att certifiera upp emot 25 fastigheter. I linje med v\u00e5ra ambiti\u00f6sa h\u00e5llbarhetsm\u00e5l s\u00e5 \u00e4r tanken att vi ska klimatkompensera f\u00f6r alla v\u00e5ra utsl\u00e4pp vid 2023 enligt v\u00e5rt netto-noll-m\u00e5l. Dessutom \u00e4r v\u00e5r ambition att st\u00e4lla om till 100 procent gr\u00f6n elektricitet innan 2025, s\u00e5 den h\u00e4r solenergianl\u00e4ggningen blir ett viktigt steg mot att n\u00e5 v\u00e5ra h\u00e5llbarhetsm\u00e5l, s\u00e4ger Karin Sj\u00f6vall, Head of Sustainability p\u00e5 Logicenters.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Det k\u00e4nns mycket roligt att vi nu kan drifts\u00e4tta den h\u00e4r solcellsanl\u00e4ggningen till Dustin. Inte minst d\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r utf\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r projektet med Logicenters som \u00e4r en sp\u00e4nnande akt\u00f6r med h\u00f6gt st\u00e4llda h\u00e5llbarhetsm\u00e5l. Att de aktivt satsar p\u00e5 solenergil\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 sina fastigheter \u00e4r n\u00e5got den h\u00e4r installationen blir ett ytterligare bevis p\u00e5 och vi vill tacka f\u00f6r ett gott samarbete, s\u00e4ger Markus Duseus, regionsansvarig p\u00e5 Soltech Energy Solutions.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Solenergi viktigt f\u00f6r logistikbranschen <\/strong>
\nGenom NREP har Logicenters tidigare anslutit sig till RE100, en global koalition av f\u00f6retag med syftet att driva en gr\u00f6n omst\u00e4llning. I samband med anslutningen har Logicenters f\u00f6rbundit att \u00f6verg\u00e5 till 100 procent f\u00f6rnybar elektricitet i sina fastigheter fram till 2025. BREEAM-certifieringar* och energieffektivisering av befintligt fastighetsbest\u00e5nd \u00e4r n\u00e5gra \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att lyckas n\u00e5 det, men framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r ett fokusomr\u00e5de solenergi.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Vi arbetar l\u00f6pande med att g\u00f6ra lagret \u00e4nnu mer klimatsmart. Detta \u00e4r ett viktigt steg mot v\u00e5rt h\u00e5llbarhetsm\u00e5l om att ha noll klimatp\u00e5verkan i v\u00e4rdekedjan 2030. P\u00e5 det h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttet bidrar vi till att ny gr\u00f6n el produceras. Vi arbetar dedikerat f\u00f6r att minska utsl\u00e4ppen inom de omr\u00e5den vi kan p\u00e5verka i v\u00e5r v\u00e4rdekedja, s\u00e4ger Henrik Lampa, h\u00e5llbarhetschef p\u00e5 Dustin.<\/p>\n

* BREEAM-SE anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att certifiera nyproducerade byggnader och byggnadens milj\u00f6prestanda bed\u00f6ms inom ett antal olika omr\u00e5den. Till exempel bed\u00f6ms och po\u00e4ngs\u00e4tts byggandens energianv\u00e4ndning, inomhusklimat, vattenhush\u00e5llning och avfallshantering.<\/em>\u00a0Certifieringen st\u00e4ller h\u00e5rda krav, som skapar en fastighet som starkt bidrar till en b\u00e4ttre milj\u00f6 och som ocks\u00e5 inneb\u00e4r en b\u00e4ttre investering. Med en certifiering i BREEAM-SE kan en fastighet j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 en internationell marknad och b\u00e5de internationella och svenska investerare anser att detta ger ett h\u00f6gre v\u00e4rde.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
