With this new agreement, the facility at Slammertorp 4:2 is now fully leased.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apohem has signed a lease for 25,000 m\u00b2 with room for future expansion. The property is optimally located near Stockholm and the E18 highway, providing excellent accessibility for both customers and employees. Additionally, the nearby commuter train station, just a few minutes\u2019 walk away, will help reduce the number of cars on the road, in line with both Apohem&#8217;s and Logicenters sustainability goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We are very pleased to welcome Apohem as our tenant in Kallh\u00e4ll. We have had a good dialogue for a long time and are now proud to have earned their trust to develop and manage their new home base.
