The property was completed in November 2023, and as part of the contract, Tokmanni will also lease back the building in a long term rental agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the logistics real estate operator Logicenters and retail company Tokmanni signed an agreement for Logicenters to develop a new logistics property of 55,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in M\u00e4nts\u00e4l\u00e4, Finland. Tokmanni already has a main warehouse and a head office in the area. The agreement in 2021 stipulated that Tokmanni would sell the property to Logicenters upon completion and lease back the premises in a 20-year rental agreement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very pleased that Tokmanni&#8217;s building is now completed in M\u00e4nts\u00e4l\u00e4. We have done extensive work to create a sustainable property according to the customer&#8217;s wishes and are proud to have installed Finland&#8217;s largest solar power plant on the roof. We look forward to continued collaboration and warmly welcome Tokmanni to their new logistics center&#8221;, says Jarkko \u00c4ik\u00e4\u00e4, Commercial Director, Logicenters Finland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The building is certified according to BREEAM Very Good and has Finland&#8217;s largest roof-mounted solar power plant installation, with 1,4 GWh annual electricity in line with Tokmanni&#8217;s goal to become carbon neutral by 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It feels really good to finally move into our new premises in M\u00e4nts\u00e4l\u00e4.
