The logistics company Logent \u2013 operating on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial \u2013 will be the tenant in the property. The facility also includes a building right for an additional 27 000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We are delighted to acquire this brand-new central warehouse and further strengthen Logicenters\u2019 presence in Eskilstuna. We look forward to a great collaboration with Logent and Beijer and are committed to being a valuable growth partner for many years to come&#8221;, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through a forward purchase agreement, Logicenters is acquiring Beijer Byggmaterial&#8217;s central warehouse in Eskilstuna. In addition, it includes a building right of 27 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> on the same plot. The property will be leased by the logistics company Logent AB, which manages operations for Beijer Byggmaterial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Logent has been a part of the project since day one and has played a significant role in the design and layout of the property to ensure optimal conditions for the efficient operation of Beijer&#8217;s logistics. For Logent, it feels good that the property has found a long-term and stable owner through Logicenters\u2019 acquisition of Beijer Byggmaterial&#8217;s central warehouse in Eskilstuna. This creates the conditions for us to continue offering high-quality logistics solutions to our customers. Logicenters are competent in property management, and we feel confident that they will be a good partner that creates the conditions for continued seamless collaboration for our operations&#8221;, says Daniel Rhedin, Vice President Solution Design at Logent AB.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The property is strategically located near Highway 53 and E20, with direct access to Stockholm \u2013 and by car, you can reach Eskilstuna in just 17 minutes. Buses run between Kjulamon and Eskilstuna every half-hour, making it convenient for customers and employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logicenters is acquiring the completed facility from the current property owner, Charmilla Eskilstuna AB, who views the agreement positively.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;This deal is further evidence of our excellent and professional collaboration in the logistics market since our inception in 2007.
