With this collaboration, Logicenters exemplifies its ongoing efforts to provide top-notch logistics solutions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The first development of the joint venture is a brownfield development in Mannheim. It aims to build a modern and green logistics warehouse of approx. 18,500 sqm on a property of approx.\u00a028,000 sqm. The facility is expected to be completed in Q1 2025. It will be located on Friesenheimer\u00a0Stra\u00dfe\u00a02-4, which is close to Mannheim\u2019s city centre, with connections to both Frankfurt and South Germany.
