The warehouse will be leased to Dahl, which the logistics company signed a contract with in December 2020. The facility will measure 73,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> in area and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023. Logicenters will also become the owner of Dahl\u2019s current logistics facility in Kallh\u00e4ll.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In December 2020, Logicenters announced that it had signed an agreement with HVAC wholesaler Dahl Sverige AB for a new warehouse in B\u00e5lsta, H\u00e5bo municipality. The lease is for the development of a 73,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility which also includes a fully automated high-bay warehouse. Construction is now under way on the new warehouse space, which is scheduled to become operational in the second quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted that the traditional groundbreaking ceremony has now taken place for Dahl\u2019s new logistics facility in B\u00e5lsta. I am confident that Dahl will thrive at its new location and we look forward to welcoming it to its new facility in H\u00e5bo municipality,\u201d <\/em>says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>Logicenters has also acquired Dahl\u2019s current 45,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility located in Kallh\u00e4ll, in the neighbouring municipality of J\u00e4rf\u00e4lla. Dahl will continue to operate from this property until the new central warehouse has been completed in B\u00e5lsta. There are also development opportunities for Logicenters in Kallh\u00e4ll with up to 12,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> available in addition to the existing warehouse space.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is very gratifying that construction is now under way on our new warehouse in B\u00e5lsta. In addition, there will also be the opportunity to install solar cells on the roof.
