Logicenters develops 12 000 m2 for Jobman in Enköping

Enköping’s Business Park continues to grow. It’s now clear that Logicenters will continue its establishment in the area where it will develop 12,200 m2 for Jobman Workwear AB. The facility will be ready in the first quarter of 2024.

In line with increasing demand for efficient logistics, Logicenters is involved in developing Enköping’s Business Park, just north-east of the central city. A lease has now been signed with Jobman Workwear AB to develop an additional 12,200 m2 in the area, where the workwear company will become a long-term tenant.

“The geographic location at the E18 with close connections to Stockholm and the entire Mälardalen opens for efficient logistics with a favorable rental situation compared to Stockholm’s locations. We are very happy about the collaboration with Jobman and looking forward to accompanying them on their continued expansion journey”, says Victoria Ödmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

Jobman Workwear has worked since 1975 to develop workwear for professionals with high demands. Durability has always been – and will always be – the company’s hallmark as it is one of the leading companies in its industry.

Logicenters develops 38,000 m2 for Alfaroc in Tuusula

Logicenters will develop a state-of-the-art facility of 38,000 m2 in Tuusula, just north of Helsinki, for Alfaroc Logistics Oy. The property is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2024.

The logistics property operator continues its investment in expanding its presence around Helsinki. It is now clear that Logicenters has signed an agreement with Alfaroc Logistics Oy to begin construction of a state-of-the-art facility of 38,000 m2 in Tuusula, just north of the capital.

The new property will be developed in line with Logicenter’s ambitious sustainability goals and will include geothermal energy and rooftop solar panels. The facility is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

Alfaroc Logistics Oy is one of Finland’s largest outsourcing service providers within internal logistics and warehousing. The company offers services to industrial and retail companies, importers, and online stores.

Logicenters leases to DS Smith in Pirkkala

Logicenters has developed its property in Pirkkala, Finland, which will be completed by the end of February. It has now been announced that international packaging company DS Smith will move into the facility as the tenant.

Logicenters’ extended facility in Pirkkala, Finland, just outside Tampere, has a new tenant. British product packaging company DS Smith will move into the property in March 2023. The building has been built in accordance with Logicenters’ sustainability profile and is environmentally certified according to Breeam Very Good. The facility is fitted with solar cells and is heated using geothermal energy.

The new factory has been adapted in line with tomorrow’s logistics and there has been a really strong collaboration behind this project. DS Smith is a leading global provider of environmentally sustainable packaging solutions, paper products and recycling services. The new premises in Pirkkala will enable it to streamline its operations and strengthen its position outside Tampere.

Focus on design and the environment: Logicenters completes unique warehouse for Finnish Design Shop

Finnish Design Shop, worlds largest online store specialized in Nordic Design, is now moving into Logicenters’ new facility in Turku, Finland. The lease is for a unique 12,000 m² warehouse where the focus of development has been on both design and the environment.

In December 2020, Logicenters signed a lease with e-retailer Finnish Design Shop. Logicenters has since developed the property to meet the needs of the e-retailer. The logistics center includes new headquarters for Finnish Design Shop, modern office space for the Turku office employees, a showroom and automated warehouse for smaller products. In addition to premium-class architecture and emphasis on design, the sustainability and environmental aspect have played a major role in designing the center.

This collaboration will clearly demonstrate what we can offer our tenants. NREP Logicenters fortsetter å investere tungt i Oslo-regionen. Logistikkeiendomsaktøren kjøper nå et av Nordens mest moderne logistikkanlegg på ca. 18.500 m², utleid til ODA, tidligere Kolonial.no, Norges ledende aktør innen dagligvarehandel på nett. NREP Logicenters forventes å overta i løpet av første kvartal 2022, samtidig som ODA flytter inn.

NREP Logicenters fortsetter å styrke sin posisjon som en av Nordens ledende aktører innen moderne logistikkanlegg, med kjøp av nok en eiendom i Oslo-regionen. Leietaker ODA, tidligere Kolonial.no, er Norges største og ledende aktør innen dagligvarehandel på nett. Eiendommen ligger på adressen Drammensveien 189 i Lier kommune og er et topp moderne bygg på omtrent 18 500 m² fordelt på to etasjer.

Det nye anlegget har også en klar bærekraftsprofil gjennom blant annet et solcelleanlegg på taket, som anslås å generere omtrent 1,1 GWh fornybar strøm årlig. Eiendommen har en geografisk strategisk plassering i regionen, som Logicenters verdsetter når de anskaffer eller utvikler eiendommer.

Anlegget er ODAs andre distribusjonssenter på Østlandet og er designet for høy vareomsetning og effektiv levering til kunder i regionen.

Logicenters continues to grow in Landskrona: Developing another facility for Dagab

Logicenters is expanding its cooperation with Axfood’s purchasing and logistics company Dagab. The parties have signed an agreement for the development and leasing of a logistics facility in Landskrona, Skåne. The 37,500 m² facility is scheduled to be ready for Dagab to move into by the end of 2022.

Logicenters is continuing to expand its presence in the Öresund region. The logistics property company has now acquired a 96,000 m² site, just west of the highway intersection Landskrona Södra, from the city of Landskrona. It has simultaneously signed an agreement with Dagab, Axfood Group’s purchasing and logistics company, for the development and leasing of a 37,500 m² logistics facility to be built on the newly acquired site. This facility will become Dagab’s new national fruit and vegetable warehouse and is scheduled to be ready for occupation in the final quarter of 2022. The facility will be the second developed by Logicenters for Dagab. The first is a more than 100,000 m² logistics facility in Bålsta which is now under development.

The new facility is located at Örja 1:23. The area is a well-established logistics hub in southern Sweden, in close proximity to the E6 and E20 motorways. This will be Logicenters’ third investment in Landskrona in just a short period of time. The company’s other tenants here include Sunclass Airlines ApS, Nagel-Group and NA-KD. Including the development of Dagab’s new warehouse, Logicenters will own almost 85,000 m² of logistics space in Landskrona.

In line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability strategy, the development of the facility will focus on sustainability. As well as the option of installing solar panels on the roof, the property will also be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good.

Logicenters gjør store investeringer i Vestby

Logicenters, som er en del av NREP, utvider sin tilstedeværelse i Vestby Næringspark, gjennom tomtekjøp og nye utviklingsprosjekter. I løpet av de neste årene forventer Logicenters å øke eiendomsmassen i Vestby til 140.000 m². Selskapet har nylig signert avtaler med flere leietakere i næringsparken.

Logicenters utvider sin tilstedeværelse betydelig i Vestby Næringspark, ca. 40 min syd for Oslo. Det siste året har Logicenters anskaffet to tomter, hvorav en på 100.000 m² i Toveien 21 og en på 27.500 m² på Stormåsan 42. Totalt er det planer om å ferdigstille 84.000 m² logistikkeiendom mellom 2021 og 2024. I tillegg er Logicenters i sluttfasen med å utvikle 12.000 m² i Torvuttaket 22.

Logicenters leietakere i Vestby inkluderer Prime Cargo, Barnas Hus og HeltHjem Netthandel AS. Sistnevnte er et av Norges raskest voksende selskap innen pakke- og netthandelsdistribusjon og vil leie en del av Logicenters eiendom på Torvuttaket 26 fra juni 2021.

I Toveien 21 går Logicenters i gang med å utvikle ca 28.000 kvm, hvor ca halvparten av bygget allerede er leid ut til et internasjonalt transportfirma. Det er inntil videre konfidensielt hvem dette er av hensyn til leietaker.

«Vi er sikre på at Vestby vil bli et enda viktigere knutepunkt for grossister, import-, eksport- og e-handelsselskaper i Norge i fremtiden. Næringsparken har en umiddelbar nærhet til E6, som også er grunnen til at flere og flere selskaper velger å etablere en base her. Årsaken er at mesteparten av varene som går inn og ut av Norge transporteres via E6 med tungtransport fra havnene i bl.a. Moss og Gøteborg. Man sparer altså betydelige transportkostnader samtidlig som det er god tilgang på arbeidskraft av god kvalitet. Når HeltHjem Netthandel snart flytter inn, tror vi også at det vil være muligheter for økte synergier med andre e-handelsbedrifter som velger Vestby. Covid-19 har også endret forbrukernes handlemønster til å handle mer på nett. Dette styrker logistikktrenden i markedet ytterligere», sier Ruben Krantz, Kommersiell leder i Logicenters.

Logicenters som er Nordens største eier og utvikler av moderne logistikkeiendom har store ambisjoner om få til en bærekraftig transformasjon av byggebransjen. I tillegg til muligheten for å installere solcellepaneler på taket, har Logicenters også besluttet å miljøsertifisere alle de nye byggene i Vestby i samsvar med BREEAM Very Good. Innen noen år er ambisjonene å ha BREEAM Excellent som en minimumsstandard. Dette er noe leietakere også har mer fokus på enn tidligere.

«Vi tilstreber å være ledende i bransjen når det gjelder miljø og bærekraft. I samarbeid med NREP vurderer vi kontinuerlig mulighetene for å jobbe mot mer bærekraftig utvikling, samtidig som vi tilrettelegger eiendommene våre for fremtiden med fornybar energi. Logicenters er i dialog med flere større selskaper om leie de ledige arealene i Vestby. Totalt er det satt i gang utvikling av ca 15.000 m² på spekulasjon i 2021 og 2022.

Construction begins on Logicenters’ facility in Køge

The groundbreaking ceremony has now taken place for Logicenters’ 16,000 m² facility in Køge, south of Copenhagen, Denmark. The property, which is being built on speculation, is being developed with a strong focus on sustainability and is scheduled for completion in early 2022.

In 2020, Logicenters acquired a 160,000 m² lot of land at Skandinavisk Transport Center, a Danish logistics park in Køge, south of Copenhagen. The logistics property company is planning to develop facilities for a total of 68,000 m² at the park. The first phase has now been initiated with the development of a 16,000 m² logistics facility, which is being built on speculation and is scheduled for completion in spring 2022. In line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability goals, available options will include the installation of solar panels on the roof of the facility.

GPA Flowsystem AS moves in to Logicenters’ facility in Norway

Scandinavia’s leading company within flow technology, GPA Flowsystem AS, has moved into Logicenters’ property in Langhus, just outside Oslo. The lease agreement is for a 5,350 m² section of the logistics property company’s facility.

The leading specialist in flow technology, GPA Flowsystem AS, has now become a new tenant at Logicenters’ property in Langhus, just south of Oslo. GPA now has an area of 5,350 m² at its disposal. The property has a generic design and is equipped with all the necessary specifications for modern logistics operations. In addition to all the necessary indoor specifications, the property also has spacious outdoor areas which promote efficient traffic management and outdoor storage.

“We are very happy that GPA Flowsystem AS has now moved into our facility in Langhus. It is an exciting company that we are convinced will thrive. They are moving into a property well suited to modern logistics operations and also situated in an optimal location for logistics in the heart of Oslo’s southern logistics corridor. Logicenters and Dahl in double deal north of Stockholm

Logicenters is to develop a 72,000 m² logistics facility for Dahl Sverige AB in Bålsta, just north of Stockholm, with the two parties having already signed a lease agreement. The property will become Dahl’s new central warehouse and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Logicenters has also acquired Dahl’s current 45,000 m² logistics facility located in Kallhäll, between Bålsta and Stockholm.

Logicenters is ending the year with a major double deal while continuing to consolidate its presence in the Stockholm region. In Bålsta, Håbo municipality, Logicenters will develop a 72,000 m² logistics facility for HVAC wholesaler Dahl Sverige AB. Logicenters will be responsible for the construction of the state-of-the-art, highly automated central warehouse – which is to be developed in close consultation with Dahl to ensure that all the company’s logistical needs are met.

“We are delighted to have been entrusted with the development of Dahl’s new logistics facility. We have worked with Dahl for many years and taking the collaboration to the next level feels completely natural. The fact that the new central warehouse is also one of the year’s largest logistics deals in Sweden is of course also a great record. Logicenters has also acquired Dahl’s current 45,000 m² logistics facility located in Kallhäll, in the neighbouring municipality of Järfälla. It will take control during the first quarter of 2021, with Logicenters having an opportunity to expand the facility by up to 12,000 m² in addition to the existing warehouse space. Dahl will continue to operate from the property until the new central warehouse in Bålsta has been completed.

There will also be an option to install solar cells on the property’s roof. The existing warehouse in Kallhäll will undergo a sustainability inspection when Logicenters takes control.
