The parties have signed a seven-year lease for a 5,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> area in Logicenters\u2019 future property. The entire facility is scheduled for completion in early 2022 and First Class Brands of Sweden is expected to move in later that year. The remainder of the property, measuring as much as 20,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, is currently being built on speculation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Logicenters\u2019 modern property in Staffanstorp, just outside Malm\u00f6, will be ready for its tenants at the beginning of 2022. The property, with a total area of 25,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, has already secured its first prospective tenant, as Logicenters has now signed a lease agreement with the fast-growing health product company First Class Brands of Sweden. The lease is for an area of 5,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> and the company is expected to move into its new premises in August 2022.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted that First Class Brands of Sweden will be the first tenant in our upcoming modern property. It is great to be investing in Staffanstorp and First Class Brands of Sweden is an excellent example of a forward-looking company which has realised the value in the attractive location of the area,\u201d <\/em>says Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>The facility will be built on V\u00e4stanv\u00e4gen in Kronosl\u00e4tts Logistics Park. With its proximity to Malm\u00f6 and the \u00d6resund region, the area&#8217;s geographical location is very attractive to many different types of companies. In the past, major companies such as Bring Frigo, Kuehne + Nagel and Microsoft have chosen to establish themselves in the logistics park. As First Class Brands of Sweden will move into one-fifth of the property, this means that the remaining approximately 20,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> will be available for additional tenants.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are very much looking forward to moving into our new logistics facility, which will also be a perfect location for supporting our future growth and operations.
