The project sets high standards in terms of efficiency and sustainability and is being realized by Cologne-based investment and asset management company evolutiq GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The flexible design of the commercial property provides ideal conditions for modern production, storage, and logistics solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>By securing this long-term lease, we not only secure our strategic location in Meckenheim but also offer our employees and customers cutting-edge facilities that meet the latest ESG requirements. These new facilities enable us to continue on our path towards climate neutrality and position our company for the future<\/em>&#8220;, says Tobias Derek, Managing Director of PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The location offers excellent transport links to the A565 and A61 motorways, providing convenient access to the Cologne and Bonn metropolitan areas. The project is focused on sustainability, targeting DGNB Gold certification, and is equipped with photovoltaic systems and energy-efficient heating. With a ceiling height of 12.2 meters, the building is ideal for modern racking solutions, features several loading ramps, and offers high-quality, barrier-free office spaces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted to have supported our client with the long-term lease by the renowned fulfilment company PVS. This letting confirms both the attractiveness of the Meckenheim location and the high quality of the property we develop through the joint venture\u201d,<\/em> says Romy Tenbieg, Development Manager of evolutiq GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Martin Ohly, General Manager of Logicenters Germany, emphasizes: <em>\u201cWe are grateful for the constructive collaboration to date and look forward to welcoming PVS as a tenant soon.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH will occupy approximately half of the available warehouse space, totaling around 23,000 m\u00b2, starting in the first quarter of 2026.
