The facility has a total leasable area of 23,040\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> with baby food manufacturer Semper as the tenant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The property, G\u00f6tene 3:54, is located adjacent to the E20 motorway and is an attractive property for modern logistics operations with good access to G\u00f6teborg, the M\u00e4laren region and Stockholm. Logicenters has announced its acquisition of the 23,040\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> facility from CH Square, a joint venture between JBCC and H\u00f6kerum Fastigheter.<\/p>\n<p>The property also has potential for expansion with an additional 4,680\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> of warehouse space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Logicenters is delighted to announce its acquisition of G\u00f6tene 3:54, a move intended to strengthen our presence around Lake V\u00e4nern and the entire M\u00e4laren region. We have extensive experience in investing in ideal locations for efficient logistics operations, something which is very relevant to this deal. The technological and property-specific features of the building also match up with our sustainability requirements; this was critical to the investment decision<\/em>,\u201d says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Acquired on 7 February, the property&#8217;s tenant is Semper, a leading Nordic company in the production of baby food, gluten-free and infant formula.
