{"id":21212,"date":"2022-03-10T07:31:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T07:31:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.logicenters.com\/?p=21212"},"modified":"2022-03-10T07:31:11","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T07:31:11","slug":"acquisition-of-18000-m2-state-of-the-art-facility","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.logicenters.sultandev.se\/de\/acquisition-of-18000-m2-state-of-the-art-facility\/","title":{"rendered":"Acquisition of 18,000 m2 state-of-the-art facility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Logicenters is continuing to establish itself in Norway<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>with the announcement that the logistics property company has acquired a new 18,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> facility in Heimdal, one mile south of Trondheim city centre.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Its tenants will be Maske Gruppen, Nordic Crane and Ramudden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In January, Logicenters expanded its presence in Norway with the acquisition of land, something which is now continuing in the country. The logistics property company has signed a new agreement for the acquisition of the L\u00f8v\u00e5smyra 2, 8 and 10 facilities in Heimdal, just outside Trondheim.<br \/>\nThis is the first investment Logicenters has made in Trondheim. The property is 18,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> with Maske Gruppen leasing 15,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Nordic Crane and Ramudden will continue to be tenants of the remaining space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLogicenters is delighted with the acquisition of our first property in Trondheim. The region is an interesting logistical location for us, given the area&#8217;s central position in the heart of Norway as we look for more locations outside the Oslo region,\u201d says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of geography, the facility is centrally located along the E6 motorway south of Trondheim city centre and close to several ports.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a modern property located in Trondheim&#8217;s best micro location for logistics properties with sound and long-term tenants. Combined with long-term development potential, this makes it an interesting investment for us.
