Logicenters is continuing its expansion with the start of construction on another multi- tenant warehouse at asite of just over 31,000m2 inVaggeryd, south of Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping. The property is being built partly on speculation and is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Logicenters’ new facility will be located in So\u0308dra Stigamo in the municipality of Vaggeryd. Logicenters already has a strong presence in the Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping region with modern logistics properties covering more than 170 000 m2 in Torsvik and Stigamo. The property in Vaggeryd is being labelled one of the larger multi-tenant properties in the region and is being built partly on speculation. The area is already home to major companies such as Postnord, DVS, Babyshop and AD Bildelar.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince the outset, we have always had a strong presence in the Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping region, which is and will remain a central distribution point in the Nordic region, with many companies choosing to establish their Nordic central warehouses here. We began developing our ‘multi- tenant concept’ in Torsvik, which means that we are able to offer anything from 5,000 \u2013 30,000 m2 warehouses to future tenants who want to act quickly. This has proved to be a success in Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping, which is one reason why we are now continuing on this path,\u201d says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.<\/p>\n

Close to the E4 motorway and central Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping, it is an excellent location for deliveries with good transport links to the whole of the Nordic region. The property will be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good with the opportunity to install solar cells on the roof. With a flexible floor plan, it is also possible to divide the property into several different sections.<\/p>\n
