Together with the real estate company Oxenwood Real Estate, they plan to build a 25,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> warehouse property near Dortmund, in the Ruhr area, Germany.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The logistic real estate operator Logicenters has, together with Oxenwood Real Estate, acquired 4.6 hectares on a short-term sale &amp; lease back. Together, they have entered into a collaboration to develop a property of 25,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> near Dortmund. The development is to be carried out through a joint venture with Oxenwood.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>We have reviewed the opportunity to strengthen our presence in Germany and are extremely pleased that we can now do so through our new collaboration with Oxenwood. This is the beginning of a long-term partnership where Logicenters sees great potential to make more acquisitions together in the future<\/em>&#8220;, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The companies plan for the property to be completed in 2026.
