The agreement covers an area of 18 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> and the property will be certified according to BREEAM \u201cVery Good\u201d with solar panels on the roof. The tenant is expected to move in May 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the address Toveien 21 near the Oslo region, Logicenters is building a new property with a total of 28 500 m<sup>2<\/sup>. The logistics player has now signed a lease agreement with the transport and freight company NTEX, which will move into the property in May 2022. The long-term lease agreement covers an area of 18 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, which includes a warehouse of 14 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, a 3 700 m<sup>2<\/sup> terminal and an office space of 800 m<sup>2<\/sup> to suit the tenant\u2019s need. The facility will also be certified according to BREEAM \u201cVery Good\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very happy to enter into a collaboration with NTEX AS. They are a major player in the transport industry which is in a very exciting growth phase. We are confident that they will thrive in their modern facility in Vestby, which both meets a high standard and is permeated with sustainable material choices. We look forward to welcoming them on site when the property is ready to move in\u201d, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>At Toveien 21 there is proximity to the road E6 as well as Moss Harbour, Sweden and northern Europe. With good connections to Oslo, the region also offers a well-developed infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so proud to have finally signed an agreement with Logicenters for our upcoming warehouse in Vestby. Today, our current facility in Sofiemyr is full. By moving into our new facility during the spring, we have the opportunity to double our storage capacity and our business can continue to grow further.
