The logistics property company has acquired e-commerce company NA-KD\u2019s new 23,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics warehouse. The e-commerce company will continue to operate from the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Logicenters is continuing to establish and consolidate its presence at strategic logistics hubs. It has now acquired NA-KD\u2019s 23,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility in Kronan Logistics Park, Landskrona. The e-commerce company, which recently moved into the property, will continue to operate from the site. It will also be possible to expand the facility by up to 9,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in addition to the space currently leased by NA-KD.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are very happy about this new collaboration with a growing e-retailer. Logicenters is flourishing and we are more than ready to help NA-KD optimise its logistics management and e-commerce by acquiring this property. Kronan Logistics Park has an unbeatable location for logistics, close to both Malm\u00f6 and the rest of the \u00d6resund region. We are looking forward to working with NA-KD and it will be exciting to follow its development in a rapidly growing e-commerce sector,\u201d <\/em>says Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of NA-KD&#8217;s logistics facility has enabled Logicenters to double its presence in Kronan Logistics Park to a total of almost 50,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> of logistics space. Earlier this year, a 24,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> facility was completed in the park, which is also included in the logistics property company\u2019s property portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted to link up with a leading logistics real estate player that is familiar with our needs.
